BRINGING PEOPLE TOGETHER: EXPLORE OUR EVENTS

Montreal's Multicultural Festival:

Every June, we celebrate this vibrant event which embraces the city’s diversity, with a mission to celebrate its multicultural identity, promote inclusivity, and foster cross-cultural exchange. Through the universal language of music and performance, attendees enjoyed a stunning showcase of Montreal’s rich cultural heritage. The festivities were complemented by delicious food from around the world, creating a sensory journey that united people from all walks of life in a joyous celebration of community and connection.

The Monetized Event:

Our annual event explored the intersection of creativity and financial empowerment, bringing together two flagship initiatives: Scale Up and Multicultural Artistry MTL. Attendees had the unique opportunity to meet the talented artists featured in our documentary, engage in dynamic discussions about financial literacy, and discover how art and culture can be transformed into legitimate economic opportunities. A celebration of creativity with a focus on building sustainable futures for artists and their communities.

PROJECTS

The Scale Up Financial Empowerment is an innovative initiative uniting community partners to drive socio-economic change in Québec's Black English-Speaking Communities. By collaborating with private sector companies, financial literacy organizations, Black-led groups, and media platforms, it aims to strengthen governance, diversify revenues, and enhance operational management, benefiting the entire Black community.

We will work with selected entrepreneurs to produce short videos showcasing their unique stories and insights as anglophone creatives. These videos will debut in at least three community spaces before being shared on social media, promoting the entrepreneurs and their businesses. By sharing these stories, we aim to inspire English-speaking Montrealers of diverse backgrounds to pursue their ambitions and build a community of trailblazing entrepreneurs.
